Today I spent a great deal of time trying to open the bottle of new lenses! In fact the chicken essence bottle is easier to open than the tight air-sealed aluminium cover. Until I googled on the web that I realised the dumb dumb me used the wrong method to open the bottle.

Luckily it was pry opened using a fruit knife and tada, my new contact lens are now wearable. After which it was time to leave for ECP for a day of cycling. Kinda exciting. Yingy and I opted for a double bike while the rest took single bikes. I had zero experience riding on a double bike. Initially yingy took the front seat while the heavier me was behind but we were losing our balance for the first ten minutes. I was reluctant to change seat! But in the end I decided to change or else the rest of them would be stuck at the same spot with the two of us. Lol... Finally the bike was moving, slowly picking up speed and the next moment we were riding so quickly. I think I'm a better controller, a faster peddler, and the heavier person ought to be in front anyway. After riding from Area D to Area A and taking a U-turn to Area F, with a U-turn back to Area D, we completed the route in 1.5 hours. The rest headed to Area G and came back so much later, leaving the two of us with more than enough time to take pictures. But yingy's camera was spoilt, so there was a big black patch above each picture.

Why am I going to be an engineer but not a nutritionist?! It feels like a waste when I'm so particular about what I have on my plate. After cycling we had dinner together at the McD restaurant, sadly. SW and BK were outnumbered since McD was just in front of where we stood. I hesitated for a moment before ordering. The rest were sharing their meals either because one doesn't want fries or another didn't want drinks. There's no way for three of us to share with 3 burgers and 3 drinks and 0 fries. In the end, I bought a Happy Meal - cheeseburger, cup corn, low-fat, high calcium milk. Healthy? Compared to the wings and fillet and fried potato strips=fries, I think I'm having the healthiest option of them all. I really live up to my name. In school, CQ calls me the healthy girl. Even jojo commented on my meal before I started eating. Still, there are times when I eat junk food too.
